How can I book?

Is booking online secure?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order. We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our payment gateway providers database. It will only be accessible by those authorized with special rights to such systems. They are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials,etc.)will not be stored on our servers.
Can I bring my pet with me?
Please let us know if you will be traveling with a pet as few of our homes allow pets.There is a non-refundable pet fee of $300 and a refundable pet deposit.
What are the benefits of a vacation home rental?
Our vacation homes give you that “home away from home” feel with your unique space a real kitchen, backyard, pool, office space, ample closet space, hot tubs available BBQ grills and more. Some homes even have a game room! You will be able to enjoy a full service home while you are on vacation rather than a small, cramped hotel room.
How do I pay you?
It is easy and secure to make payments online through our online booking system. We also accept payments by phone if you prefer. We accept Visa MasterCard, American Express and PayPal payments.
How do you deal with advanced deposits?
We accept all major credit cards, and require a $250 initial payment if booked more than 30 days before arrival. Full payment is due at time of booking if booked withind 30 days of arrival.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation policy is as follows: Cancellations in writing only (e-mails sent to info@tuligad.com) are acceptable, and are effective only upon receipt by Tuligad. Refunds may take up to 30 days. It is the responsibility of Guest to retain proof of any such cancellation. Any cancellation received 31 days or more prior to Guest’s arrival date are refundable, except for $50.00 deposit. For cancellations 30 days to 15 days before arrival, 50% of the rental will be retained by Tuligad on behalf of owner unless it can be replaced by another booking for the same amount or more. For cancellations 14 days or less, 100% of the rental amount will be retained by Tuligad on behalf of owner unless it can be replaced by another booking for the same amount or more. A Guest reservation will automatically be cancelled if payment is not made in full 31 days prior to arrival or if a rental agreement has not been signed and received by Tuligad, or agreed to at time of booking online.
What about resort fees?
Good news! We do not charge resort fees, unlike hotels.
What happens if there is an emergency or I need assistance? Who does I call?
If there is a life threatening emergency you call 911. The main offece hours are 9 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday excluding national holidays. In-house guests may reach the property during business hours at the number provided in your check in details. There is an emergency number provided as well for emergencies only. A fee will be applied to a guest if the emergency number is used for non emergency use.
Must I check-in in person?
Guests have the option of checking in at our Welcome Center or preregister beforehand and receive a guest voucher via email.
